Bonsai definitely deserves better reviews than what I'm seeing. The service has been excellent every visit I've had, and I visit frequently. We're seated almost immediately, and because I know what I want, I go ahead and order right when I get my drink. Their food is delicious, their rice cooked perfectly, and their teriyaki sauce is to die for. If you live in the area, or even near it, you should at least give this place a try before doubting it.

The first 30 mins were very frustrating, waiting for ever to be seated without even any one to say a word to you, then wait for your table to be cleaned, then the menu, then waiter, then food itself. But after that, it was JUST GREAT. Really good food, and the cost was reasonable.

Neat place, with amazing food! The service was top-notch, and it's reasonably priced. The Tuesday 4pm-7pm happy hour rocks!
