Ice cream was nice and we got a couple chilli cheese hot dogs that were ok too.
Nice seating area with umbrellas. Great before or after hike chill spot.
Early July , midweek, and 90 degrees in Historic Harper's Ferry. Most places are closed, except the ice cream shoppes. CC serves up huge portions of their hand dipped ice cream and more. They offer a large menu of frozen delights. Over our 3 day stay in HF, we were regular customers making a show each day to enjoy their ice cream. Picnic table outside with shade canopies are available if you want to use them. CC stays open until 9pm.
Cute place, very long line, and not much shade by the picnic tables. We ended up walking by the river to eat our ice cream. Otherwise, ice cream was good, and people who worked there were trying there hardest even though they probably needed more employees.

It’s a small local place opposite harpers ferry train station. I got the blueberry cheesecake and banana pudding. Both flavors were very good. Especially the banana pudding was amazing. I would highly recommend it.
This is the spot for Ice Cream! I got Peanut Butter Cup on a waffle cone and it was Phenomenal! Loaded with peanut butter and it would be worth the hour drive and then 20 minute walk to satisfy a sweet tooth. The flavors change so your choices can vary if a repeat visit happens for you. The absolute only option for Hand Dipped Ice Cream in my opinion
Great ice cream, my wife got a milkshake and it was delicious, the service was amazing. Would 100% recommend!!! 👍👍👍
