Super friendly owner- made sure to greet every customer with an upbeat and optimistic personality! He seemingly maintained a personal connection with each individual employee, making it feel like one big family :) The food was great too!
Chicken salad is on point! They're always so efficient. My order took longer so they had me pull off to the side but I still wasn't waiting long. And the girl that brought me the food was so nice. Even when I called her back because I thought there was an item missing. Definitely would eat there again.
Hands down the best run Chic Fil A I’ve ever been too. I’ve never had to wait. Even when there’s a long love had my order ready as soon as I got to the window. Tonight I waited maybe 7 minutes for strips that weren’t ready (this was about 10 minutes before closing) which didn’t bother me at all, and they proactively gave me a voucher for a free item on my next visit and threw in a brownie. First time I’ve ever had to wait and they far exceeded the expectations before I could even say “don’t worry about it.” Shout out to the owner and manager/GM for establishing very high standards.
The staff is always friendly and you can tell they work well together. I wish this culture could be recreated everywhere.
I don't seem to frequent Chick-fil-A as often as maybe I used to, however the operational strategy put into place by this corporation never ceases to amaze me. They just seem to have it figured out in terms of getting customers serviced quickly. Personally I could do with a little less "my pleasure", but it is short endured when you're rarely even coming to a complete stop while ordering. A key element to that strategy is having the support to back it up and Chick-fil-A does that well. Where else do you see a sandwich shop with 12 to 20 employees working in a collaborative effort toward one goal? At the end of the day, their motto must simply be customer service. This company realizes that everything else will usually fall into place if you just have happy customers. Keep up the good work! And oh how can I forget that cookies and cream milkshake. So good!
Food is always good. So is service but......fill up the fry container. Yall are expensive, at least give me what I paid for. This is a large and you can barely see the fries at the top.
