The food is good, always fresh but service is extremely slow. I often buy food on my way to work but avoid Panda because if the slow service. I have never ordered and received my food in less than 10 minutes or more. Each car averages at least a 9-13 min wait. The times are based from me timing each time I've been there.
Panda is rated above "Best Wok", but is not nearly as good. I tried Panda twice and the food was bland. Try Best Wok for take-out...good Chinese food and get it fast!

Excellent cooked to order Chinese restaurant. The biggest surprise was the portion sizes. We ordered what we normally do for our family of 5 and ended up eating the same food for the next 2 meals. The prices were excellent as well. Great value. We also appreciated that there was no MSG in any of the food. Do beware... The hot and sour soup is most definitely hot. I have a high tolerance and couldn't finish it. Flavor was great but I would ask them to tone down the heat level if I was to return. If I'm back in Hattiesburg anytime soon, I more than likely will.
Hot, Fresh, Lightning Fast. My husband and I just moved to Hattiesburg from out of state and decided to try Panda because it was late and Panda was the only thing open. We had no idea it would be a gem! Now we get Panda at least twice a week. The food is fresh, always hot, and it is ready for pick up in no time. We have tried a good portion of the menu and have not found anything we dislike. The staff is extremely nice and they get the order correct every time. Do not let the few bad reviews put you off, some people can never be pleased. The place is a little hole in the wall, but those are always the places with the best food and service.
Extremely cheap and delicious. I recommend the hot and sour soup with some lo mein.
Amazing. I eat at panda at least once a week. Carry out times are INSANE. You call place your order and its ready in 10 minutes..15 if they are busy. The chicken on a stick is great the "healthy" options on the menu are VERY fresh. Cream cheese wantons are really good...in fact just close your eyes and point at the menu, you wont be disappointed.
The food was adequate. Large portions.But I was disarisfied with their false advertising. I didn't fi d a sigle peace of panda meat!!!
This place is very quick and efficient. The food is good quality. The service is friendly. Since the pandemic, orders are taken outside. There are chairs outside and a table with menus to look at. All food is take away.
First Chinese food that I’ve liked in Hattiesburg. General tsos chicken, crab Rangoon and an egg roll for ten bucks and change... wasn’t expecting much but it’s solid for the price. 5 star value
I’ve been back a few times now since original review. Orange chicken lunch in pic cost 4.95. Can’t beat that. Their pork dumplings are also awesome.
The only Chinese restaurant in the Hattiesburg area that delivers. On BeyondMenu, they have a minimum order of $15 which isn't too bad. The prices are very reasonable, very inexpensive relative to other places. For 15 to $20 I can get a ton of food delivered to my apartment that will last me a few days. I highly recommend using their delivery service, you will not regret it!
