We have heard about Kaya's Kitchen and have driven by it many times. This time, we stopped in, and we were pleased. All the items on the menu looked delicious, and it was hard to make a decision, but we decided on the 'porco moco' special. Like a loco moco but with the addition of pork. It was very ono and well worth trying. I would suggest stopping by Kaya's Kitchen if you're in the area, and if you're not, take a drive over to the windward side and get some of Kaya's food. You will not be dissapointed. We will be back to try the rest of the menu!!
stopped here after church and had the loco moco and furikake garlic chicken. both were delicious as was the butter mochi. store has incidentals and beverages. covered picnic tables to eat at.
The best food that we had in our stay in Hawai'i, Surf & Turf was amazing in any kind of way! Far for any kind of fancy/expensive Honolulu's Restaurants.
If possible, just take away and go to Punalu'u Beach Park, this will feel like the best restaurant in Oahu!
Of course, take care of all the trash afterwards and keep everything clean 🤙🏻
