OMG so I found an absolutely fabulous coffee shop! With its wonderfully booshy atmosphere! I give it 5 stars the barista made a lovely decoration on my husbands coffee. The name itself is worthy of a trip in!
went to a local cafe in Arcata, ordered a cappuccino and WOW! Best espresso ever ( i am originally a North Beach Beat) ; the flavors, aroma and taste...hmmmmnnn. now i buy it by the pound every couple of weeks. THANK YOU FLYING GOAT!
Really great coffee and awesome staff. I realized I should have ordered something else after I already paid. They just switched up the order even though the price wasn’t the same, which they didn’t have to do.
One of the best roasters in California, hands down! The people are amazing and hand craft delicious drinks, all while the roasting is being done a few feet away. Highly recommend stopping in and leaving with a bag or two of beans along with your brew!

As a FGC regular, the other weekend I wanted to try a new coffee shop to mix it up. You know..see if I’m missing out on something even better? But after a few sips of my cappuccino…I got back in the car and drove STRAIGHT to the goat! Once you try truly amazing coffee, you just can’t go back. It’s simply the best. The BEST third wave coffee, super-welcoming baristas and always a great vibe.
Delicious high-end coffee in strip mall a few blocks from the Downtown square. Cashless fyi.

FGC is a wonderful local coffee roastery. Focused on the art of coffee rather than the extras, it’s a great choice for picking up a coffee to go.
Love this place!!! Wonderful organic coffee! Alt milks like oat milk available for your latte! Charming store, friendly, knowledgeable staff! A must visit when I am in town!
