Just an amazing restaurant in a low-key, chilled place. If you want lunch and don't feel like spending hundreds of dollars (Healdsburg is expensive!), then come to this hidden gem. The folks are super nice and the food is just authentic and tasty. They will refill you with chips and salsa without even asking!
Good cheese quesadilla and chile relleno. Dad and me liked sitting outside. My dog enjoyed people watching as well.
I’ve lived in Sonoma County for 20+ years and I just keep coming back here. Such excellent quality food, anything carnitas is phenomenal…
Amazing chorizo breakfast burrito, just what I wanted!
Well managed family restaurant

Modest fare when elite prices abound in downtown Healdsburg
It was our first time there. The food was amazing. I loved the pork with chile Verde. The Aguas frescas were good too.
By the looks of it, a hole in the wall, no doubt. I know you have your choices of Mexican food in Healdsburg. However! If you want GOOD Carne Asada, this is the only place in town. Sliced so thin, so much flavor, oh man.... Sadly, Taco Grande's biggest drawback (IMHO) is their chips and salsa. The Pico is ok, but the rest is not great. The prices are reasonable and the service is usually pretty quick. If you dine in, you can expect the atmosphere of a Mexican restaurant! I rarely stray from this place when it is time for good Mexican food.
Its probably my favorite in town growing up around here. Big thing is its hit and miss on whos cooking, but it seems to be one of the only places in town that marinades there meat. Other places are good but T.G. does it right when there on.. Just not consist..
This is AWESOME!! We are originally from AZ and now live in OR. We felt like we were home in AZ. Service was fantastic and everyone was so nice
Great food, the prices have gone up a bit but are still reasonable compared to everything else.
