This is a very small mom and pop place which is actually probably a mom and daughter place because the daughter is the chef and the mom does the front of the house. The team works really well. Mom is kind and helpful and daughter is a fabulous chef that has clearly studied and has a superior knowledge of her cooking skills.
My wife had a dish that had bronze scallops and asparagus and it was amazing. Not only that the presentation was flawless and very beautiful.
We also got summer rolls which had a great mix of vegetables, vermicelli, mint and shrimp. The presentation was amazing as well as the peanut sauce that came along with it.
I ordered the roast duck over Jasmine rice and it was also fantastic. The sauce that the company did was out of this world and my wife loved it so much she asked for a second helping.
We are just passing through the area but we plan to stop here again before we depart.
I was feeling down at work today and I chose Thai Orchid to try for what is typically my mundane lunch break. Today I no longer am sad. I am full and happy knowing that a place like this is an option. Today I had the heavenly wings, moo yang lunch special, and hot and sour vegetable soup. All dishes were prepared to go with love and I devoured what I could before my coworkers ran over begging to try some. We will be back. Thank you!
The best Thai food in all of Sonoma County! I go here often because it doesn't get anymore authentic as this. When I visited Thailand it was hard to come back here to find anything close to what they served over there until I found this place! They have amazing fresh dishes with amazing specials!

Excellent, high-quality food and the most delicious veggie Tom Kha I’ve ever had! The best selection of beautiful veggies in both the soup and the curry I think I’ve ever experienced. Very accommodating to dietary restrictions, personal service, and easy parking (but also very walkable in the downtown). Highly recommend!

Extremely flavorful and delicious Thai food with an expansive menu in an unsuspecting location. Service was great and food is well priced. Duck away from the town square and come to this place!

You can’t please everyone in the food industry. From quality, quantity, price, or service. What suits someone’s tastebuds or expectations etc, may not for someone else. But for Thai orchid, Not only does this place feed my belly, but it also fuels my soul 🙌🏼 warm, wholesome and authentic food. You can’t go wrong in my opinion.
Absolutely amazing! Thai iced teas are perfect. The shrimp pad Thai is only comparable to one restaurant that I base this review off of in Michigan. Only reason the Michigan one is better is portion size. I'm a big dude. Otherwise 5 stars! Awesome! Will be back even though it's a 2.5 hr drive from Sacramento.
