So good! The bagels, pizza and the bread. The service is friendly and fresh food. A must try are the pizzas. The fresh hibiscus tea is really good.
this is a hidden gem on 7th street. everything they make is delicious and simply perfect. I love this place so much. Bagels and breads with a crunchy crust ... this is what i want everyday
Best Ever Bakery. Awesome gem. If I can give this bakery 10-star I would. Pastries are some of the best - chocolate croissants, cinnamon rolls, bread pudding, brownies, eclairs (out of this world). Artisan breads can't be beat. Raisin almond brioche w/golden & black raisins. I can eat the brioche for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. No kidding. We drove 3 hrs to get here & spent $50+ to bring back as much as possible.

DELICIOUS!!!. We like to support local businesses. My wife and I will be moving here soon and we asked the folks at Jongo Java where a good local Bakery was. They talked about a couple good ones and pointed us to closest one. We enjoyed our pizza and took home some fresh baked loaves of bread! Thank you Matt!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE. To say that their products are delicious doesn't even cover it. Mouthwatering, definately. I bought a Brezel (like a Pennxylvania Dutch hot pretzel you'd get in Philly) and a piece of bread pudding with whiskey sauce. My plan was to eat the Brezel before grocery shopping at Aldi's so I didn't impulse shop. I took one bite after I got into my car & realized I couldn't drive away without buying another one. Went back in and got a second Brezel & ate both. I tried the Bread Pudding on the way home and it was truly one of the top 3 desserts I've ever tried. I've tried bread at the other so-called great bakeries and wondered what the fuss is. When you go to Underground Baking Company you'll finally know what you've been missing.

Oh. My.. I've enjoyed the apple cake and their cookies. I also make sure to stop in a get a loaf of bread - whatever has just come out of the oven. Sometimes, I have some left over by the time I get home.
The Underground Bakery-Hville. Great baked goods........everything. Fantastic bread, the 3 cheese bread is really special. The French Country Bread is great to dip soup with or just eat a hunk for a snack. Baguettes are great.......the mini cakes are really good. I'm a Realtor at C21 and I buy a loaf and set it on the kitchen counter near the coffee and it lasts half hour.

Great little coffee shop and bakery! Nitro coffee was great on a hot day. Pretzels were really good and warmed up for us to eat. This is the definition of buying and shopping locally made 👍 so do it! Just terrific 💯
The pastries here are super tasty! I tried the chocolate bread, the plain croissant and the three cheese breadzel. The texture of all the breads were fresh and crunchy. The place is lovely. There’s only a couple of tables. The coffee menu at the coffeshop next door are super fun. Very good lates!!
Walked into a very welcoming atmosphere and nice employees It's a really cute bakery a coffee is fresh and delicious The pastries were very nice staff was very knowledgeable about our products this was our first time here we've been trying to come here for a little while but we work too late to get out on time but we do plan on going back so I would suggest checking the place out. That assortments of coffees and pretzels and we got a German apple cake and two pretzels one was a jalapeno pretzel and the other one was a spinach article choke. And the coffee we chose was a coconut Cubano it was delicious.
Still the Best! It’s been awhile since we’ve been here but watching CBS Morning this morning had a feature about a bakery in NYC that reminded us of just how lucky we are to be here in Hendersonville NC. Underground is as gourmet as a bakery can be and the people there are sweeter than their confectionery creations.
At Underground Baking Co. in Hendersonville I had a delicious spinach, artichoke and cheese pretzel for breakfast with a good vanilla latte. The almond pastry was awesome.
The best sourdough! Used to drive to Spartanburg to get sourdough that uses starter until I found this place! Only wish they had better signage outside. I’ve lived in Hendersonville for for more than 9 months.
The pretzels and beer cheese were absolutely amazing!! The flavor in the jalapeño cheddar were delicious! We are most of the pretzel before getting a picture. It was just too delicious! Great service as well.
Went later in the day and selection was limited, but what we had was excellent. We will be waking up earlier to try some other baked goods they offer.
Good coffee choices, and pastries. Outdoor seating. Love the the rosemary focaccia.
We live in Hendersonville and this quickly became our favorite bakery. Go on a SAT morning and get in line before they open. Scones are excellent and the cinnamon babka is phenomenal. Cookies, muffins, bretzels, croissants, focaccia … all amazing! Wish they were open more days, for longer hours. Also wish they could increase supply to meet the local demand - they sell out and you need to get there before that happens!
