Along with the good food and great service, this location also hosts live music on Saturdays during warm weather months. It's great to have a family friendly place for music on the weekends!

Stopped in while traveling, got to met the owner and he was from our state! Had a great chat with him while waiting for our food. Food was fresh and wonderful!! Also witnessed the owner talking with employees over an incident that happened, he was very professional and the employee's responded well with him. Its rare to find a great boss these days.
SNAPSHOT = details below - 3 stars for product and 4 stars for process. Fresh veggies, so-so bread but forgettable meat means they just can't keep up with Jimmy John's and can't hold a candle to Monte's excellent subs.
That said, area competitors can learn a bunch from Firehouse:
1) Superior to-go packaging
2) In-store signage that excels
3) Great staff, very willing to serve
4) Giant row of hot suces you can
put on sandwich or salad.

This location is franchised, so I get that franchisee cannot upgrade quality of meat and bread. Really too bad. This franchisee is doing everything right.
TIP = Firehouse is great option if
you want a good value.
Yesterday was the first time my husband and I have ever been to a firehouse sub. It will not be the last either. Friendly and helpful people. Fantastic food and very clean. We were both very pleased with the many choices of sodas too. Thank you so much for a great experience .

It’s Sunday evening. A situation has arisen that beckons me to do something special for a very dear friend in this moment. Things are pretty much closed so where can I go? Then a thought crossed my mind…. Hey Siri, is Firehouse Subs open? And she responded in the affirmative. So out I went and asked for a ham and Swiss with everything on it. It may not seem like much but in this moment it was everything. The kids at the counter, were no doubt eyeing the clock, wondering if this workday would ever be over an yet here they are on a misty, dusky Sunday evening still working, still preparing on the off chance that someone might come in. To you I say Thank You. You will never know how much a simple sandwich can mean to a person trying to comfort his friend in an hour when every minute feels like eternity. Thank you for being there and somehow please know that your job, your simple act of kindness while doing your job is much much more than the sandwich itself….

Had a good meal, good service, in a plaza that is easy to get in and out of.
This was my 1st time ever trying this restaurant and it was good. This location was clean inside and the workers were nice and food was good. They are pricey but now days that's common. Probably wouldn't go again just because for that price you can go to sit down restaurant but at least I can sat I've tried it and it was good.
Super friendly and patient staff. They were knowledgeable about the food items on their menu including calorie count questions. I got a salad and it was a fair price for a salad with meat (not like when you got out to dinner and see a 15 dollar salad on a menu- outrageous)! It is delicious, fresh and a decent size portion.
One of the most friendly places to eat in town.
Rarely do I rate a place poorly if I have a bad experience, I simply don't go back.
But Firehouse subs is certainly not one of those places.
When I walk in they make me feel like I'm the only customer there. The staff is so amazing and Jeremy learned my name on the first day.

Putting funny aside, I truly appreciate the customer experience and recommend this location without hesitation.

The sandwiches are good, but nothing to write home about. If you're looking for a quick bite and in the mood for a sandwich this place will suffice.
