Very nice staff, clean restaurant, and quick service. Not disappointed with the smash burger and awesome kids menu choices. Great location to stop before getting into the mountains, the construction, and heavy traffic.
Irish pub with mostly American favorites. They have everything from burgers to ribs,
chicken, nachos & a nod to the old world with fish & chips. I have eaten at several locations of this chain & this one had pretty fresh food, great service & clean bathrooms. My husband was not impressed with the steak nachos, which did not resemble the picture on the menu. I very much enjoyed the southern chicken with broccoli & sweet potato. It was very flavorful. Plenty of free parking.
The service was great. The food was pretty good. My favorite was the steak, so juicy and cooked to perfection. If i changed anything it would be that the ribs were cooked to fall off of the bone. The cheesy top part of the macaroni was good but it was too plain under. The pepper jack cheese triangles were good and i don't usually like pepper jack cheese.
Abby was absolutely wonderful!!!!! We stopped in on our way back from the beach and were a little skeptical as we read some recent reviews online but were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. Abby is a great server with a great personality, very attentive and gave us great recommendations. She took the time to answer any questions about the menu and as a party of 8 I'm sure we could be overwhelming but she took everything in stride and never missed a beat. Our food was very fresh and came out surprisingly quick. I would and will recommend this for anyone coming or going!!!!!
I gave 5 stars because this place is way better than 3.9 stars. Super friendly and professional staff. Very good food. We had the Atlantic salmon with the bourbon glaze and sides. The choice of sides was excellent. Our server was very helpful and just a sweet young lady. We travel a lot and have had some really bad experiences in restaurants
so if it was a train wreck we don't review in case it was just a bad day for them. Not the case here. Hopefully the community supports this place so it's around for a long time. I'm glad we stopped here.
We were traveling from out of town and wanted a nice meal, not fast food. We walked in and were seated right away. We had a very nice waitress. She was covering our area and the bar. She was very tentative. She kept our tea glasses full. We split the two porkchop meal. My husband had a side salad and we really enjoyed the mashed sweet potatoes. We had a piece of key lime pie. It was half frozen, but I think it tasted better that way. The rolls were so good!

We had three people in our party, on a Sunday morning around 11:15. Only issue was getting in to park and leaving the restaurant due to traffic. So, not O'Charly's fault.
The host at the podium taking names was super nice. The restaurant looked quite full, I was afraid it would take a while but, we were seated fairly quickly. The entrance was clean. Our table had been wiped down however, I did notice food in the floor under our table and some sort of advertisement for specials laying on the floor as well. I assume a young child before us was the culprit, it just looked untidy.
Our waiter was spot on with his timing on everything. From bringing two baskets of bread after being seated, refilling the tea, our main course, and finally to the ticket. We couldn't have been happier with our service or the food. He was well dressed and super nice.
Cajun noodles and chicken; cajun steak with cajun butter, loaded baked potato, and slaw; southern fried chicken tenders with brown gravy, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. One sweet tea and two waters were our choice for a meal.
Our bill was $54 and change before the tip. For the amount of food and great service, it was well worth it!
O'Charly's, we don't dine out much these days but if in Hendersonville and hungry we shall see you again. Keep up the great service!

It is one of the better O'Charleys I have had. Erica was a wonderful server.
A little too empty, so not re-assuring at first glance. The server was great while being attentive; perhaps a distant table across the restaurant caused some delay, but overall not bad.
The food was awesome... my absolute favorite Caesar salad dressing.
