Ordered a pizza tonight. They started to deliver the wrong one and I saw them turning around. I called the store and the manager was very nice. They made a new pizza and delivered it. I’m from the New Jersey/New York area. The NY Style crust is pretty decent. And they are always nice when delivering.
The new garlic stuffed crust is amazing! So cheesy and baked to perfection! The staff at this location are amazing. The GM is so dedicated to her job and staff and it really shows. Fast, hot, fresh pizza what more could you ask for.
My daughter had Papa Johns pizza at a football game and fell in love with it. Since then we order there often. The staff is amazing and friendly. When we do pick up Jamie and Nancy are always greeting us with a smile and excellent customer service. Pj has been our delivery driver and she is absolutely hilarious! Thank you for the great service and hot pizza!
I've been ordering pizzas from this Papa John's location for over 20 years, back to my childhood. It's truly a gem of Hendo as their excellent quality and service has only remained constant or improved over such a long time. Seriously, out of all the Papa John's locations I've ordered from in the many places I've been throughout my life, none are quite as exceptional as this one. It's also worth noting that the current GM is a model manager; genuine care for customers and employees alike can always be counted on.
We had 2 really good combo pizzas. A little too much crust for my liking so will have to try the thin crust next time. Very helpful and friendly staff.
On July 4th we order pizza. It was made just like I ordered it. Also I think Papa John's has out of a rating of 1 to 10. They r a 10.
That was the best pizza ever eaten! Xlarge NY style with pepperini and extra cheese. It was a little expensive but worth it.
Reliably great pizza, love the sweetness of their sauce, the lightness of the crust and of course the garlic sauce!
They went out of the way, and gave us a free replacement pizza, just because they were running late. It wasn't even expected. Nice service
