This was my first time at this establishment. It won't, hopefully, be my last! I found everything I had to be quite tasteful and delicious with one exception. The fried oysters were less than delicious.
Customer Service was extremely nice and upbeat! I believe her name is Jennifer?
Seafood Gumbo, BBQ Fried Shrimp, Alligator Bites, and Catfish were VERY good!
I'd recommend this place, especially if you like Louisiana cooking. Shoot, if recommend it if you don't!
Great flavor! We stopped in for lunch and had gumbo. It was great, they gave us samples to help figure out which ones we wanted. The presentation was fine, the flavor was amazing, the service was good. We will definitely stop in again. It is priced a little higher than other locations near by however the food is worth it.
I have been to NOLA many times and I myself am a transplant from Memphis, TN. Believe me when I say I know good catfish. I have had the best crab cakes in Baltimore and the crab cake bites here did not disappoint. This food was so fresh and so damn good. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE SEAFOOD GUMBO! Aubrey was a nice server.
I was lost but now I’m found… or possibly if this is lost then I want to stay lost lol amazing food, was recommended by a local, I’m from west coast and this place popped up in a mist eat. Let me tell you it Tis a MUST eat! Got the Cajun Alfredo Blackened Gator! Amazing! Got the Boudin Balls & the sausage appetizer. Amazing! What I’m basically say’n is The Lost Cajun is AMAZING!!
BBQ Fired Shrimp - amazing! Fried Catfish platter - some of the best around. Red beans & rice - excellent. Not a huge fan of their gumbo, jambalaya, étouffée (from south west LA)…but many people love it. Love the Cajun ambience and occasional zydeco music in the background. Reminds me of home:)
We stumbled upon this great little place by accident and we are so glad we did. Sorry I didn't take pictures of our food but I was all about getting my grub on! The gator tail was amazing and the catfish was delicious! Also they get a big A+ for being so willing to help answer questions about the food and the staff was very friendly. We were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in. Very clean place with great team of workers! We will be back even tho it takes us a hour to get there.
The food is delicious, the atmosphere fun and it won't break the bank. Been here twice and will be back again and again. Got the shrimp Po Boy and there was so much that I had enough for lunch the next day. Definitely recommend to everyone who loves seafood.
Very kind, helpful and friendly staff. Since it was my first time they brought us a tray of samples. Excellent way to make a choice. Food was great, service was excellent, cool indoor atmosphere with additional outdoor seating.
The food was wonderful. Had Red Beans & Rice, Lobster Bisque, Catfish Plate, Potato Salad. The service is fantastic as well as the food. Feels like being back in Louisiana. If you are missing your Cajun foods. Come here. We will be back.
Can't wait to come back! I had the shrimp po' boy and is was EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend the cajun shrimp gumbo as well. Service was top-notch from the moment we walked in 'til the moment we left! 5 stars!!
