I live in Lebanon, and usually eat out in town or in Mt juliet, but both the service and food was better at Texas Roadhouse, Hendersonville than I have had in quite awhile.
It was packed when we arrived at 8pm Friday night and we were sitting down with our drinks in about 30 minutes. I was impressed.
Our server, Dave was not only knowledgeable and quick to check on us, but friendly and personable as well. It seemed as though he had no other customers, and I certainly know that he did. He just kept moving.
Even the menu choices outdid the other Steakhouses in the area. I had the bone in Ribeye, and it was sooo good. Wife had a Ribeye, shrimp combo and said it was perfect as well.
It's a bit of an inconvenience to drive the 32 miles to eat here, but I won't wait too long before returning for another memorable dining experience.
Hands down the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. I got a piece of steak stuck in my throat and not only did the staff come to the bathroom to check on me to make sure I was okay twice they also made me a to-go plate of new food because I spit up water in my plate when trying to swallow. Hands down best staff I've ever encountered.
Last night we went before going to see Christmas lights. The new location in town is great except the wait time is a bit of hit or miss. Not the purpose of this review.
We had Sage as our waitress and she was STUPENDOUS! She had a smile on her face and was taking a very busy night in stride. As we ordered and had questions she was the to answer them. She even made some great suggestions for sauces and sides. I could not tell that Sage had lots of tables or was overwhelmed. She treated our table like it was her only one. Safe didn’t hoover or desert us. A good waitress knows it’s all about timing and she definitely has that down. I will be going back and asking for her section next time. What a wonderful experience.
Always a great experience here! The service is top notch compared to other restaurants. And of course the food is on point every time. Well worth the long wait times!
Absolutely nailed it this evening! 10/10 stars on the delicious food, awesome waitress, and fast service. Steaks were cooked exactly how we asked, with out of this world flavor and to absoloute perfection. Bacon cheese fries/baked potato were fully loaded instead of how other places barley put any toppings on them. Our waitress was very friendly and she checked on us numerous times, bringing refills right on time.
This is hands down the best Texas Roadhouse I've been too. Definitely recommend it.
I love this place. Our server was amazing! Made great recommendations, was super attentive without being pushy always checked on us without being overbearing and the vibes are always immaculate.
It's been so long since I've been here but let me tell y'all everything was FANTASTIC!!! Our server was fantastic food was on point!! And them rolls I had 2 baskets and ate my food highly recommend....
Best food in town, as crowded as they always are it would have been great to leave the original location open also. Way too many Davidson county residents seem to make the drive in turn forcing the locals to wait. Not to mention the excess noise level if you know what I mean.
Love the friendly staff food was excellent good pricing on the food. Definitely be back soon.
We had an amazing time here. We don't eat out often, but this was a special time for our daughters birthday, and our waitress(Mary Elizabeth) was very helpful. Our appetizer was quickly brought out and our sides shortly after. Our food was also good and they were very busy so I'm really impressed how well everything was handled.
This place was hopping on a Friday night. I was wanting so steak after a day of shopping and we Google till we found us a Texas Roadhouse close which was still 10 miles from where we were but I said it will be worth the extra drive. We get there and there is an hour and fifteen minute wait. We tough it out cause I know the steak will be good. We get our text and get seated and our waitress comes around and she was the best. Ashley saw to every need and want we had or thought we would have. The food was amazing the service was amazing and the drinks were amazing!!
It was all 10 out of 10!! We had a wait to be seated, but it wasn't bad. Our waiter was phenomenal! He was hilarious, attentive, and accurate. Our steaks were cooked exactly as we asked and seasoned deliciously 😋 The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. We will be back and highly recommend to any and everyone 😁
