Went to drive thru and ordered a kids meal. Got back to hotel and there were fries but no chicken. Called them and they delivered another kids meal to the front lobby of the hotel. They went above and beyond for their error. I really appreciate it.

This place is great!!! The concrete’s are delicious. This place is way better than McDonald’s and a definite must visit place if in the area.
Very well, i came here cause i loved the culvers in whitehall, MI. Very friendly atmosphere youll love it. peace
I am in general a Culver's chain fan. I love the burgers, and wife loves the chicken sandwich. This trip was mid afternoon... we made our order and sat down to wait. After 10 or 15 minutes, I had to go ask about my order. It had been forgotten on the food shelf. I was given the cold burger and fries. Sadly, not my normal Culver's experience that I get. (I will still try them again, maybe this was just a bad one off...)
Culver's is my go-to spot for delicious food that's consistently top-notch. Whether you're craving a mouthwatering burger, crispy fries, or their ice cream that's truly to die for, you won't be disappointed. The quality and taste are unmatched, making every visit a delightful experience. Five stars for their exceptional food!
So this was my first time trying Culver’s and it turned out to be Awesome. I got regular meal just their big Hamburger with fries + a drink at the end and It was just peach cobbler.
We went through the drive-through. The staff was friendly and the wait was about 10 minutes. It's a bit long, but not overly so. The concrete was delicious and well priced.
They have great custard! My issue is the wait time. They need to improve in that area. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through around 2 pm, which shouldn’t be a peak time.
I absolutely love love love the vanilla with strawberries and salted pecans. It's the perfect dessert with the balance of sweet and salty. It's been one of my favorites since I tried Culver's in Minnesota en route to a canoe trip in Ely! They are always on point and I have nothing but great things to say about them!
We love this restaurant and go at least 1 time per week sometimes more. I have a daughter with allergies and they go above and beyond to make sure that she can have dessert that is safe for her. Tysm for the hard work and kindness.
They had quite a large menu. Lots of different options to choose from between entrees, sauces, all of it. It was really delicious, the service was excellent and the price wasn’t bad for what we got.
