Wanted to take a few seconds to thank the staff and the manager at BR. Last night, before the tornado hit, my mom stopped by to get my kids ice cream through the drive through.. Upon paying, the tornado got close and they told my mom and kids to hurry inside to get to safe shelter. Mom is very thankful for everyone who worked last night, their attention to their customers safety was top notch. Thank you BR for hiring caring staff. The manager did great keeping her staff calm and helping customer stay calm and safe!! Forever thankful, your care for my family is priceless.
Last night was so scary. We stopped by for a treat when we realized a tornado was coming our way. The staff immediately provided us a safe place to shelter ourselves while it passed. We are so thankful the manager and staff cared enough to protect us as well. We would have never made it home. Thank you for taking care of us. Now, to find a day to go back to actually enjoy some ice cream!

Today, when our family of 5 arrived - we were greeted with a smile, offered samples of whatever we wanted without asking, and taken care of with the most patience and grace!
As a mom of a very independent 3 year old - I really appreciated the “large size” bowl given for a kiddie size ice cream (without having to request it) and the cone given on the side with a smile!
Anthony needs a raise! This beautiful soul made our family’s day … friendly conversation, patience of a saint, and thoughtfulness that prevented meltdowns across the board! THANK YOU for being the smile that brightened our day today, Anthony! May you get many smiles in return!!! 😀

Awesome, The service was amazing, and always is! Honestly I will only go here for ice cream or shakes. It seems like this is the only place around that you get good service from. The workers here really care about their job, and it shows. So I challenge everyone that visits this location to show your appreciation for good service, and take the time to leave a good review, LEAVE A GOOD TIP!!!! Everyone needs to feel appreciated sometimes. And the way the world is today people forget how important it is to have good service from our food service industry. It's a hard job. And they do it right here!
This place is awesome! They fulfilled a photo cake order that no one else in the area could, and they were so helpful and friendly every step of the way. Plus the cake looked flawless and tasted delicious!
My dad and I came in for ice cream sundaes and a double scoop and immediately felt so welcome when we came in.CJ, Ashlyn, and Joey were so kind. They worked together as a team to complete our order. They were so happy to help us. They thanked us for our business and tip. We literally felt like family. One of the best customer service experience we have had. Ms.Teresa is just as wonderful as her staff. We can’t wait to come back and get ice cream from this location. Definitely recommend if you are in this area and desire some great ice cream to come visit.
I went the other day with my mom to the Hendersonville tn location and we enjoyed our experience. When you first walk in it smells like delicious waffle cones! We were able to dine in and enjoy our ice cream 🍦 🍨
Kind employees but lobby closes at 9:30pm currently so be aware!

Outstanding customer service from the young person in the drive thru. Super friendly and thorough. Cake was excellent in both aesthetics and taste!
