I’ve been stopping by this Starbucks location on my way to work for the last year and I can honestly say this is the most superior Starbucks location I have ever been to. The employees are so friendly, the wait times are insanely low, the food is always hot and fresh, and they never seem to be out of anything, which is so impressive especially with seasonal flavors, so kudos to whoever is doing their ordering! Keep up the great work, you guys make my day!

I've had great experiences at this particular location with the workers and manager. Some workers are more talkative while others look like they're just there to work, a mix. Seems fairly typical to me.
But 5 stars overall for the experience of interacting with them while I'm there. They're nice and accommodating, and when a tree fell on my car in the parking lot they were super helpful and nice. Jenn the manager and Sarah in particular were awesome. The others are fun to chat with.
Starbucks food in general is ok, nothing super good but fine. It's the same at this location.
Latte and other drink prices I think are expensive, and too sugary. I've been getting regular coffees lately.
Compared to the locations I went to in California, my favorite drink- the Chocolate cream cold brew- is not quite as good at this location. Oh well, quality of drinks from location to location do vary.
The atmosphere is good, i think the music and people talking at this location is a bit above average loudness, sometimes a bit distracting but not a big deal, I usually wear headphones that cancel it out somewhat.
Overall it's good!
Staff are very friendly. Food on time. Even brought our food to us. Great job.
Ashe who is working at the drive-in window on Monday, Labor Day, is definitely better than most Starbucks customer service we've ever had. Whoever hired her did a great job and you should seek to find more like her. Great job!
Slow service. Hard to tell the difference between ordering ahead and just going through the drive through. Food doesn't taste the way it used too. Nice Baristas though, I'm sure they're doing their best.
This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to the service was amazing and the people were so kind. If I’m ever back in Tennessee I will definitely be coming to the Starbucks again. The cashier Kayla went above and beyond doing her job and showed excellent customer service. There was a long line but we got our drinks within five minutes of ordering them they were very efficient.
It was.a delight! The tall blonde male, 😉, was super nice and very courteous. 🫶🏼👋🏻

Consistent with there drinks. Friendly staff. Fast and efficient.
So, when I go here to do my mobile order the staff even though super busy are extremely helpful. I have low vision and always need help getting my items because i can't see the names they are so patient with helping and I greatly appreciate that
