A little different than most Steak 'n Shakes. No waitress, which is a little weird, but understandable with the staffing shortage.
You order at a kiosk and they call your number.
Staff is friendly and the wait for food is shorter because the staff is focusing on food preparation.
The store is also cleaner than others we've been too
The food was good, I like the fact that they were open 24 hours cause I can be there whenever. The service was kinda slow and they took a long time to get our milkshakes. The priceses are extremely affordable and the place has a really cool ambiance to just sit down and chill. The milkshakes were really good too. Definitely come and check it out.
Good food...like the milkshakes alot. Very busy when we arrived took about 20 minutes to get our food but it was good and hot.
The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I was able to order easily and receive my order in a reasonable amount of time. The food tasted great and was reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone who prefers good food at a decent price.
They have implemented self-ordering kiosks, you now see it yourself, you take your own order, you pour your own drink. I understand that that takes a lot off of the people that are cooking the food, so the food came out very fast. I was expecting the burgers to be thicker? But overall they're tasty and it's fast, it's a fast food restaurant 🤷♀️
I visit about once a month or so. Food's always good, shakes are great.. and the staff is friendly. The best part is they're very consistent about the quality and service.
I miss the old way,servers always had nice helpful staff,foods still so yummy,they need to bring back the patty melt,shakes are always good,kitchen staff correct and speedy ish

It was clean food was quick no hassle and the food that actually tastes great.
Food is good everyone there was nice and was very welcoming the manager was really helpful the shake is really good too
So the food impeccable but the service was subpar and there was no atmosphere everyone was sitting there silent the whole time with no music playing or nothing.
