Food was fresh. Delivery driver went above & beyond but I didn't like how they cut my pizza. Slices were way bigger than they should've been & uneven.
Requested light sauce but did not follow request.
Best pizza I have had from The Hut in 15-20 years.
Every pizza and pizza-related item I've bought here has been delicious and delivered quickly. I've just eaten my second order in as many days in fact. Thank you to all involved at the Hendersonville store.
I came in this evening. The woman on the phone was so nice.
Then when I arrived the red head Nathan I believe held the door open for me as I came in. Then he hustled around the counter
and waited on me. He was so polite. Nice young man. The entire staff was courteous and the establishment was clean and busy. This is a rare thing in this day and age. It was a bit of a drive for me as the location near me has fallen apart. I will be back.
I left Pizza Hut a year ago or so because the quality was just not there anymore. Toppings were skimpy including the sauce. It gradually got worse over time. I am old enough to remember when the pan pizza was first offered. It is still my favorite. This time, the pan pizza I got reminded me of the old days when the crust filled the pan and the buttery flavor underneath made your mouth water. Toppings were plentiful as well! Great job guys!
Had the. Meat lovers Pizza melt. It's very good.
They got it right this time. Pizza was amazing. Sometimes its hit or miss.
Manager was very rude and acted as if I should be waiting on him! Therefore, the reasons in my delay of returning. New manager or if the one they had learns some courtesy I might return?!?!?
UPDATE: They must have a new manager that cares for his customers and the products they offer. The service and food quality has risen 100%! Now I enjoy ordering Pizza Hut Pizza again. If I ask and show proof I receive a much appreciated veterans/military discount. Thank you Pizza Hit for that, great pizza, and really good service!
The pizza was very good as normal but the only complaint was we ordered cheese sticks along with the Supreme Pan Pizza but after getting home we found we received bread sticks and the receipt clearly said Cheese Sticks. It was a minor mistake. The meal was great anyway.
