As a person with Celiac disease, I love Extreme Pizza. They take all dietary issues into account and advise if a pizza choice will conflict with those dietary restrictions.
Good food. It was fast and you can tell it was delivered hot. Manager served us and she was nice. Checked on us twice and brought free ranch. They have lunch specials (by the slice made fresh) so I'll be back to check them out when I'm running solo. Nice, local place.
Love their pizzas! Great crust, a perfect amount of toppings. Love the selection, options, variety! BBQ and buffalo chicken pizzas are insanely delicious! The twisted cheese bread sticks are to die for! So much gooey, REAL, cheesy goodness unlike any other cheese stick or bread stick out there! I wish their prices were lower, especially for salads and pizza, but you pay for the quality ingredients I guess. And trust me, they are there! From a girl with high pizza expectations, I can say with confidence that you can't go wrong here!
Its unique and tasty. We order from extreme pizza a lot because its near us. The food is good and the staff they have hired near our location (188th and cornell) are very cool people.
Its commercial but oh well. The have gluten free selections that should help out those with the digestive issues. The price is high, but they have some of the weirdest pizza's that you just have to test out.
For example, take a look at their "holy cow" pizza. Its Fontina, swiss, gorgonzola, mozzarella, roasted walnuts and fresh sage.
Then they also have a "drag it thru the garden" pizza. Its Fresh mushrooms, green peppers, red onions, marinated artichoke hearts, broccoli, tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella or soy cheese.
So, if you have the money to spare and want to try unique.. eat here. The food and service is good, just not a cheap.
Amazing pizza. It is way better than the large chains. I ordered a personal pizza, drink and a side of ranch and it filled me up for less than 14 including tip. The pizza toppings were piled so high. And everything tasted fresh. The crust was crunchy, and not too much sauce to bread ratio. I will definitely be eating here again. Keep up the good work! And please keep up the consistency where other places fail!
I love this place. My wife and son eat here when we can afford it. The pizza dough they use tastes so good and I enjoy the bbq chicken pizza a lot. My son's favorite is there pepperoni pizza of course lol and I have always gotten extremely friendly service 100% of the time. I really like this place for both the quality of food and customer service. Today my son wants one of there personal pepperoni pizzas so I guess we are going to extreme pizza for lunch!!
The pizza was great the first two times I ate there. And if not for the good experiences I would have given a lower rating. But the pizza we had at approx 12:30 was day old and reheated with toppings, they had only been open about an hr at this point, pizza should have been fresh Pretty disappointing. The pizza was stiff, the crust was dried out, I know what day old pizza taste like, just didn’t expect it from a pizza place.
This place was awesome!! The pizza was done quickly and it tasted amazing. They have such novel and brilliant combinations of toppings on their signature pizzas, I can't wait to try them all!!

Background - I actually stay in Seattle but I have family up in Portland.
While visiting them recently, I was introduced to this gem of a place!
Our order was a 14 inch Chicken Spice Route, take home and bake pizza. It's a little pricey compared to other chains but you can see the difference in quality as soon as you start heating it up. It's really really well made and I have started carrying one back to Seattle everytime I go near this place!

Pizza is one of my favorite foods so I look forward to trying new places. This location in Hillsboro is a excellent place for fresh pizza. I had two slices of cheese pizza with roasted garlic. If you like pizza you will not be disappointed.
