Amazing experience at this location!! Today me and my daughter came to have lunch we weren't super hungry so we asked just for one Burger. We mentioned that we were going to split it and we also got onion rings and freckled lemonade. This location did such an amazing job we didn't have to ask for anything they refilled the drinks before they could even get to the bottom. They even cut the burger in half and served it on two separate trays with fries on each plate and we hadn't even asked. We didn't even ask for extra fries and they came and brought us fresh fries before we had the chance to ask. It was a team effort different people coming up at different times to check on us and I must say that covid and everything that's going on in our world right now to see all these smiling faces and excellent customer service was just amazing! I think it's awesome when we can be kind and considerate cuz sometimes our minds are different places especially when we're eating. I even asked for the manager and thanked her and commended her and asked her to do the same for her team! I will definitely be coming back to this Red Robin much much more. Jason and Ian brought our food and drinks in literally seconds! Hands down AMAZING service! Definitely coming back! The drink was very pretty but I chugged it before this review, so you’ll just have to trust me

EDIT: It means a lot to have a response from the owner and willingness to hear exactly where the deficits may be. Even if there is no real way to correct the issues I do appreciate the acknowledgment. For that alone I’m willing to give one additional star. (Changed from 3 to 4.) But unfortunately the baseline for a 5-star review is set far too high. The ‘old days’ of decent food and over-the-top customer service are long gone. This happened prior to the pandemic so I do not expect improvement anytime soon. And to clarify, this isn’t a location-specific issue, every single Red Robin has shown this level of decline (some more than others) but this is the only location who took the time to respond which goes a long way for me. We live in Vancouver and I would seriously consider driving all the way to Hillsboro for that reason alone. Thank you for the effort and good luck to you going forward…this will be an uphill battle for a long time but you will be ahead of the curve.

Typical Red Robin experience. Not great but just what you would expect. Mediocre food and service. Hasn’t changed in 20 yrs.
