Convenience, consistency from location to location. This particular 7-Eleven has a local feel. The employees seem to be the same week after week. They recognize regulars, they are efficient at the register and the place is clean. Their stock is consistently full, items are fresh, not outdated. They have an atm machine that isn't right next to register or front door, so everyone coming in/out or standing in line doesn't watch you type your pin or see your transaction.
