Very popular brewpub in the area with the crowd favorites as well as some unusual and creative dishes. Extensive beer list with rotating on draft offerings as well as a full service bar. In season, outdoor seating. Pet friendly atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff that make great recommendations, if asked. On site brewery with yours available. Gets quite crowded on weekends. Wonderful experience.
From the moment you step in this restaurant the waiters give you a pleasant feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a kind restaurant to enjoy with your friends or with your date. delightful cooking, qualified chef de cuisine, decent cost and nice service. Highly recommended.
Much bigger than expected inside! Owners did a great job refurbishing an old warehouse. Attentive staff, big gift shop, large event space on the 2nd floor. Beer was not exactly to my liking but I’m not a big beer drinker.
There wasn’t much else in the town other than the brewery, so that was a bummer. Beautiful area to drive through.
This is a great place to eat either outside or indoors. The care , using masks and the table distancing is great. Eating outside is also wonderful weather permitting. They do have some outside heating stands.
I felt safe here and the food was good. Many people come for the different beers. My wife enjoyed this aspect though I do not drink.
This is an awesome brewery in a pretty random location. The town itself is very small, but Hillsboro Brewing Co. definitely is not. The interior is awesome. They have over 20 of their own beers on tap. There are a lot of stouts for dark beer lovers. The beer is AMAZING. The food is a little on the expensive side but also very good. The only vegetarian meal option is pizza.
Very surprised by this place in the small town of Hillsboro! It is in an old warehouse from 1914. The renovations make a for a warm, friendly, fun place to enjoy food or drinks. There is a lunge area by a large TV and pool table. Plenty of booths for social distancing.
Then there is the food and beer. Our table shared the cheese curds, pizza, and brisket nachos. All were superb! Amazing flavor in each dish and unique. I hope they put the brisket on the menu soon!! The different beers tried at our table were all unique and good. Looking forward to another visit!
Very nicely done brewpub in an old industrial building, one of the best decors for a brewpub in my opinion. Food was good, beer variety was excellent. My only complaint is I would prefer to have the beer menu listed from lightest to darkest (or reversed) instead of the jumble that it is, but that's a personal preference.
I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we had a wonderful evening and the restaurant was definitely the reason for that fruitful event. The team collaborated in a pleasant way, the food was great and my guests were very pleased. We shall surely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.
