Their subs are way more tasty than they have any right to be. I was shocked at how wonderful they have consistently been. If you find yourself felling that their subs do not taste like Subway subs, understand it's because Potbelly are actually real.

This is one of the best Potbelly's I have visited! We are vegetarians and upon telling the staff someone whom I believed to be the manager stepped in and informed the sandwich maker. The sandwich maker was handling another customer so she ended up making it herself and changed her gloves,knife and cleaned the area down. She had impeccable customer service which reflected in the other staff members as well.

I eat from here quite often. There was a few times that I was not happy, but for the most part they are very quality. Its very delicious and the staff is very kind and competent. Keep up the good work. Only constructive criticism I have to offer is please give more than one pack of oyster crackers when customers order soup. I always order a bowl. After paying $5 for a big bowl of soup, I expect more than 1 pack of crackers. Other than that it's all good.
