This is not your typical American cheesecake. Instead of being dense and cheesy, these cheesecakes are light and fluffy. They are even fluffier than angel cake but not as dry. After eating these cakes it almost leaves you guilt free because of how light and not sweet it is.
However, what the cheesecake lacks in sweetness, the lemonade makes up for it. It is freshly made by hand so they can get a little carried away with the sugar. As soon as you take a drink, the sweetness slaps your face and let's you know it's in charge, but in a good way. Together they pair well and make a delicious combination snack. Definitely a must try and the price can be under $10 if you don't splurge too much.
The Japanese cheesecake was heavenly. Light, fluffy, airy with the perfect flavor to go with its texture (I had the original). The melon flavor was delicious as well. I truly loved it.
We enjoyed the cheesecake (original and coffee flavor). Nice and moist. This is the first time we tried japanese style cheesecake. It wasn't bad. The original had a nice flavor to it but we enjoyed the coffee flavor the most. It had a hint of coffee to it with a nice amount of fluffiness. Would go back again if in the area.
