Food was delicious-especially the fries! I had the bruschetta chicken panini with goat cheese and it was pretty darn good. I would have liked a few meal choices for my kids as they have no kids menu, and soft drinks are $2.75 which i think is ridiculous.
This place is fabulous! I've always had excellent service and food when we visit. The bacon jam burger is, in my opinion, the best burger in the parish!
This is our second time to fine here and the food was still as good as the first. Try the hamburger, one of the best in Houma. Place is a little out the way but well worth the drive.
Great Service and Great Food. I ordered a large meal for a sports team. Gina and her staff were excellent! The food was delicious and everything was taken care of. I would gladly return there the next time we visit!!!
I come here at least once a week. The selection is great, and every thing I've tried has been beyond delicious! The 531 burger is awesome!

The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. The service was great just like the food! I had the "Black and Blue" salad which exceeded my expectations. We are definitely going back! They also serve Black Rifle Coffee!!! Woo-hoo!!
Visiting from out of town. 531 Liberty Cafe came highly recommended by two different locals. The Edamame hummus and the turkey burger were also recommended, and neither disappointed. The 531 signature burger can be cooked to order so all of you who prefer rare to medium rare burgers can find a wonderful choice. The buns are unusually good, and you can even buy a quart of their house-made pickles to take home (sort of a bread and butter pickle with can cayenne kick).
WOW!...Just Wow!! The first time I went I had the Bacon Jam Burger and was extremely impressed..so much so that I went back 2 weeks later! The second time I had the Baja Turkey Burger, which was also tasty, but I personally the preferred the flavors of the Bacon Jam! Staff was super friendly, even though they are super busy. Highly recommend!!
