My wife and I had a wonderful evening at the bar and at The Pass with Nick as our server. Craft cocktails before dinner were creative and original. The tasting menu with wine was extraordinary. Great service, great food. Can't wait to try Provisions menu next visit.
This is my favorite restaurant in Houston. We've come here so many times in the last 6 months (since we first tried it). Everything is amazing. The pizza is the best in town, the baguette and salted butter (OMG), and last night we tried the fried chicken and it was amazing (and I don't even care for fried chicken that much!) The milk chocolate tiramisu makes me happy to be alive. Just an amazing place with a fun vibe. There's nothing pretentious about this place. They just know food. And they know it well.

My family and I come here for brunch almost every Sunday and it never fails! The food is absolutely delicious.
The raw oysters were fresh and great for an appitizer. We shared the (fluffiest) blueberry pancakes. The biscuits were 🫶🏼. And my main dish, the smothered biscuit, was def a 10/10!
The squash soup was absolutely fantastic. Amazing flavor. It is a cold soup which would normally turn me away, but glad we tried it because it was the best part of the meal. The burger was great but potato wedges on the side were the best part! Creamed spinach and salmon were great as well. Look forward to going back and trying the cocktails!
Outstanding food experience. Hands down, one of the best meals I have had in awhile. The flavor was unlike anything else I’ve had. Each of us raved about our dishes all weekend!! I will forever crave the short rib raviolis as they Almost had a fig jam type sauce that was unexpectedly divine!! And the dessert cone will forever have my heart. If you want a true dining experience go here!! I was for sure be back here and recommend it to everyone I know for their next Houston visit. They outdid themselves!
A group of 4 of us came here on a 20 year college reunion. Apparently reservations are extremely hard to get. The service was excellent; very reminiscent of many high-end restaurants. The bread plates came out hot but ironically the bread was room temperature or even borderline too cool. We got the beef tartare, mushroom appetizer, octopus appetizer. All were really delicious. Then, my entree was the seafood bouillabaisse. Very good but the broth was slightly overly salted. Presentation was beautiful. I can definitely say prices were on the high side. I’m not sure I can confidently say the food was worth the price even though it was delicious. Definitely a place for celebrations and not every day dining. I rated the atmosphere very low because it was so loud. It was hard to hear the person across from the table. It was like sitting in a crowded bar, which sucks because the food was good!!
For my main I had the lobster-chicken pot pie which was very delicious!
And for dessert I had the Baked Alaska, it was good but I wish you could change the ice cream flavor to one of your own preference. The one I had was chocolate, and I am not huge on chocolate ice cream. I also wish it had more fig sorbet.
The service/staff was very attentive and very friendly. I do recommend visiting!
A great new addition to our list of favourite restaurants. Upscale, modern and great vibe with sophisticated atmosphere, Bludorn is fantastic!
We had a great dining experience. We were there for a dinner on Saturday. Both the bar and restaurant were packed. They also have outdoor seatings. Very obvious that it’s so popular. So booking is essential.
Our food were scrumptious and delightful. Fully recommend the Squash Soup and Mushroom Risotto for appetisers. The Octopus was really tender. The steak was succulent and cooked to perfection. I could taste the freshness of the Halibut. I loved every bite of the food that I tried. So tasty and flavourful. We had a few desserts. Baked Alaska and Beignets were delicious.
Service was efficient. Staffs were knowledgeable and attentive. We valet parked our cars.
So looking forward to go back for more!
Brunch at Bludorn. The exotic craft cocktails lacked flavor and the breakfast sausage sandwich had extremely salty gravy. We were told by management that it would taste the same and it could not be remade. Hope the other patrons were able to enjoy it. The Blueberry pancakes and service were a delight but overall the food was overpriced and did not meet expectations.
The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was fantastic, and I don't even have words to describe how absolutely delicious every single dish was. Everything from the drinks and appetizers to entrees and desserts, was utter perfection.
The food was excellent, had the gnocchi, cioppino, and the halibut, and it was fantastic. However, paying 8 dollars for valet when I spent $300 for two people is simply outrageous. Valet should be complimentary at a fine dining establishment, esp with such limited parking.
The food was absolutely delectable! The ambiance was awesome! The service was to notch! The drinks take you on a journey! I enjoyed every aspect of the food and experience! This was an awesome birthday dinner courtesy of my love! Upscale and classy!
