the room was nice had a good balcony, the lounge was great drinks were good staff was on point. will definitely be back

First time visting this hotel and my stay was awesome. I will definitely be back or recommend this hotel. The staff was awesome from the time we entered the hotel everyone I came un contact with had great customer sevice skills.

When we arrived we went up to room and first thing the keys did not work. Went back down stairs and waited, after 15 min or so went back up. We arrived in our room and there were used towels in the corner by the windows and a wet used wash cloth in the shower. The air conditioner was terrible, woke up sweating, took a bath the next morning pulled myself up and the handicapp rail I was holding onto pulled right out of the wall and I fell in the tub. I didn't like paying 27.00 to park either. Paid 300.00 a night for a room and when I told them about the problems the next morning all they said was sorry !! Not impressed!!!!!
