I've been coming here for over 40 years now. The pile of Bacon. The patty-machine-cooking-converyor-thing is so awesome. The flare up from melting the cheese. Fries. Onion rings. Houston legendary burgers. HUGE HOUSTON HISTORY. Childhood to adulthood. Love this place. Beyond excited that we still have this place to go to eat and support. You should as well.
When I took the first bite of the double bacon burger with cheese n jalapeño it was so good that I needed to take a second bite right away to make sure it taste the same as the first bite, the onions rings were good too. The lemonade was so delicious because it was like a slushy. I will come again to try the breakfast in the morning.
Food was delicious, the main eating area was a little warm but the side dining room was very comfortable! The lemonade was wonderful. Bathroom doors are cute, check them out.
The burger tasted so homemade. It had plenty of toppings and a good amount of bacon. The service was genuinely friendly.
Annie's has been serving delicious breakfast for a long time! Hands down, one of the best breakfast diners in the city.
I'd never eaten here before, but my daughter wanted breakfast so we'd decided to try it. Overall pretty good breakfast. The hashbrowns really tasted good and it was definitely a different approach. The biscuits were also good and very large.
This is a great find. Delicious double burger, onion rings, and fries! Lemonade is perfect balance of tart and sweet. Meal was under $10, cooked fresh from meat patties, we will be back!
It had been a while since I’d visited Annie’s. Recently, I found myself on that side of town and decided to swing by for lunch!
It did not disappoint! Homemade, classic bacon cheese burger! Toasted bun. Handmade onion rings. Delicious fresh lemonade!
Ask for their spicy mayo for an added kick!!
Solid old fashioned burger joint. I imagine this what it felt like eating at McDonald’s back in the day. The burger not seasoned I don’t think, but they have Uncle Steve Seasoning as a condiment you can use. I didn’t eat the breakfast but the biscuit look crazy fluffy and good. Pancakes and waffle look solid too. Would come back
I was reading some of the reviews and notice people saying this establemente is expensive. Replying to Trusted & True, I added everything you ordered to an online BK order and it came out to 20.00. I don’t think 1.87 is going yo break you. This place was pretty good. I also love the fact that they are a small business and doing well. We need more smalls businesses like this place.
