I've eaten ramen in dozens of countries (including Japan) and was severely disappointed by the lack of choices on the north side of the city, but I've finally got a great ramen place to go to now. I've been back several times since I first tried it. The fat bao is great, they have chicken karaage too, and the black garlic tonkatsu is excellent. I highly recommend this place.
The owner is amazing! The way he provides customer service and value to each food is simply appetizing! If you were going to eat something that puts zing to your mouth it would be the spicy miso! I also think that the food here brings culture around the area and diversifies houston!
Taste, quality, and convenience are key here. Yes it’s a bit on the pricey side, however considering you’d have to hop in the car and drive to the south side for something equivalent, the price isn’t so bad anymore. I love the tonkotsu here. It’s my go to bowl. All the appetizers are delicious too. Best this side of town I dare say.

This was our first time to have Ramen. We have been wanting to try it, but sceptical not knowing what different things were. With that being said my wife started looking up different words and dishes and we decided to go. We were very impressed. Our waiter, younger gentleman I think his name was Marty, was so good. He was helpful and wasn't bothered by questions or requests. My wife had the chicken ramen, I had the beef and we shared the pot stickers. All were very good, the chicken ramen had a rich very flavorful broth. The beef ramen had extremely tender beef and good flavor. My wife eats pot stickers everywhere and is usually a little disappointed. Not here. She loved them. We will definitely be returning!!
We went here because my friend really wanted to eat at a ramen shop. Overall it was a great experience! The bowls are pretty big so you pay for good quality AND quantity, so I’d say things are fairly priced. They also have a diversity in food options.
Update: 3/18/18 I came around again with my grandma and cousin. The experience was just as pleasant as the last and waiter was really kind (and patient).
The sushi is excellent. The ramen is flavorful. Great portions. Affordable and nice ambiance! Everyone should try it!
I enjoyed it. The lights were low, the music was nice, and the food was good. I want to try the other broths. Miso was definitely different. I recommend if you want to try something different.
Awesome ramen! Lots of food for the price! Absolutely delicious! I got the Spicy Chicken Ramen and added silken tofu to it. I loved the flavor of the added kimchi- soooo good! My husband got the Spicy Tonkotsu and he was extremely pleased. We tried a few places in the area and this place is the BEST spot for both quality and quantity and you can't beat the price. I highly recommend this place! You won't regret it. I didn't take a lot of pictures because I literally inhaled that bowl of ramen 🤣
Amazing place!!!! So peaceful inside!! The food absolutely delicious and the sushi too. Service was okay! Definitely coming back.
This ramen shop is no slouch to good ramen. Hands down, one of the very few ramen restaurants that serves up really fresh ramen, meats and toppings.
This place also is part of the dessert parlar next door!

The spicy miso ramen was very good. Felt like it was missing a little something but I lived in Asia for the past 4 years. My son did not like his chicken ramen but we all enjoyed the goyza. Overall good food for a good price.
Great place for Ramen and other great selections from menu, nice andcomptable,service was great and food fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend.
Coming back to try other great menu items.
