The food was really tasty and the best part was choosing my OWN vegetables, seasonings, and protein. They cook everything and sometimes they can accidentally mix the ingredients with another persons bowl so you get some taste of the other stuff but it don't really matter since at the end, it was still delicious.
What a great selection of toppings, bases, and proteins!! The girl that took our order at the front was very helpful and friendly. Loved the variety of food - especially for vegetarians - so I'll definitely be back! I got the large bowl, as pictured.

Great customer service from Manager and employees. Cooks even cleaned an area for my vegan wife. Samsung Pay is accepted. And obviously this place also has online ordering fyi. Great food. Make your own bowl is also available so if it sucks its probably your own fault. Lol
As a Filipino, this is a freshest way for me to try this Mongolian restaurant here in Houston. Khan’s kitchen offers a lot of food proteins, sauce, veggies & food carbo to choose from.
I like the way they set up their place. Staffs are awesome! They are soo bubbly & very helpful. Plus the place is so neat & clean.
Genghis Grill Jambalaya Bowl has: grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, grilled sausage, your choice of base (I chose fried rice), Dragon Onions (I'm lost on that one 😂). The flavors blend so well, the grilled meats are absolutely amazing, the Dragon Onions are really good (I don't like onions but these were really good). You have three sizes to choose from: small, medium, and large. I just wished there was a Genghis Grill more closer to my house though. But that has nothing to do with the excellent quality of the food. Great Mongolian Food (and my first time eating Mongolian Food too 👍👍👍).
The parking lot was not cleaned or maintained well enough. Leaves and debris were seen in the entrance (both sides of doors).
The food still is good. And you won't be disappointed with the portion size (afterall we get to choose).
I always go for the customising own bowl. But they now also have their value bowl which j probably should try next day.
Just wish they had more drinks option.
Absolutely amazing! We always order online! The food is always flavorful and fresh. One of our most favorite places to eat, while in Houston.
Edit: 01/06/2021 Mobile to go order: Each ingredient was well cooked, and the portions were nice. The only thing I would like to be improved is the quantity of tortillas offered as a side. Though I ordered a large bowl, I only received 2 tortillas. Is it possible to include 4 tortillas for large bowls? Thanks!
I have always received warm and courteous service at this location. Today I participated in their bottomless bowl promotion (unlimited trips for the price of a large bowl). The young lady who took my payment was cordial and verified my rewards account. She thoroughly explained the process and did not pressure me to make additional purchases. I noticed that each section had caloric labeling; this helps me to remain in my dietary guidelines without sacrificing choice. The protein section featured a Korean BBQ pork selection.The veggies, seasonings, and sauce areas were clean and fully stocked. My order was completed promptly and was superb. Thank you!
Great service. The restaurant was really clean and nice. The staff was very polite. I like how you create your own bowl. I got a small and still had a lot of food. Overall I had a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.
