My experience on North Eldridge and Cypress North Houston Subway was horrible. I decided to try this Subway. I ordered the All-American sub. Gave them coupon at checkout and the sub rang up at $5.99. The one on North Eldridge told me I could not get this sub for the coupon. I was very happy with the way I was treated. If you have a coupon do not go to the North Eldridge location at Cypress North Houston. They say their sandwiches are different than coupon sandwiches and they will only give you one meat and one cheese for the coupon.
Great experience. Today (8/24), my brother and I went in for brunch and immediately noticed it was kind of busy. The lady that took our order was very knowledgeable and remembered everything without having to repeat ourselves. We knew she was the only person working so we were more than understanding of the wait time. Having worked at a restaurant I know first hand that sometimes being understaffed is just expected. The lady was on point with everything and fast paced she got everyone out as fast as she could being the only one there. Would definitely go back there, food was delicious and warm!
We ordered through the online app. When I checked in John immediately came out to inform me that something I ordered was not available. I asked if there was a way to get a refund and he stated no but he would make a call to see what he can do. After a couple minutes he came back and presented me with some options. Once we selected what I wanted he adjusted quickly to the change and handed me my food fast! Thank you soo much John! I appreciate your hard work. I will definitely be back if John is working! 🙌🏾
I mean wow! How do I even put the experience in words? Veronica was amazingly wonderful. She was so clean she change gloves twice and put everything I wanted on my sandwich this location was very clean and I greatly appreciated it. Thanks Veronica! Give the girl a raise!
Great Customer Service they are very patient with their customers... Everything made to order and fresh... Thanks for the cookies... And great Houston spirit shown here. The footlongs are a must have get em any way you like them. Great enviroment clean atmosphere and comfortable space to just enjoy and relax! Thank you Subway!

Severely understaffed, but the food was still pretty good. The cookies weren't the best though and was a let down. Prepare to wait.
Awesome lady’s working there they move as fast as they can to get people out and this place is always very clean keep up the great work
