Plenty of parking to choose from. Service was fast and easy. Food came out quick. Ground beef taco was greasy. Flour tortillas are decent. Salsa isn’t spicy. Queso and chips were good. Well, the queso was, the chips tasted burnt.
They have a DJ there during the weekends.

Wow! I've grown up in Houston all my life and never went to this old school restaurant before.. The charro beans were amazing, the Mexican rice was delicious 🤤 and everything else was just awesome... The only lack luster were Fajitas, they had no flavor at all.. a fair amount of salt and pepper would have helped them..I think if you ask ahead of time, you can get that adjusted before they cook them; other than that the place is great.. they have great lunch specials, and live music on Fridays and Saturdays I believe... The wait staff are a great bunch of girls that pleasantly take care of you.. I will definitely come back and try more dishes!

Mucho Mexico is a low key spot with great tasting Mexican food open 24 hours. They have a homemade comfort taste to all their plates. The tortillas are handmade and fresh, and breakfast is served all day. I highly recommend the asado de puerco, the huevos divorciados, corn tortillas, and the barbacoa. After eating it's always a treat to get some sweet bread to go.
Fantastic! The food is amazing, the place is clean, the staff is so nice! Loved it!!! My husband goes every chance he gets for lunch and he's been dying to take us forever. Finally went and met him today and it was exactly as he said. So good!!! Glad we took a chance and tried it out. We'll definitely be back!
This place is excellent! The food is homemade Mexican and is some of the best I have had. They even give you free cheese to dip your chips in!!
The staff was amazing, you might brush up on your Spanish because it's that authentic you will need to communicate in that language.
Mucho Mexico is amazing! In addition to food, they sell creams and lotions that are unavailable elsewhere. Also, the sweets are incredible, especially the designer gelatinas, which are completely edible! So delicious and beautiful! Highly, highly recommended!
This place is a neighborhood gem with a fancy restaurant feel and traditional Mexican food that had me at the chips and salsa. Everything was season ed well and presented awesomely! You have to come here!
Haven't been to this place for years stop to see if the food still had its flavor. Well nothing to complain about service was good welcoming had a good feel I just like to explore other restaurants.
Excellent food! The pastries are always fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly and professional. If your looking for a good meal at great prices, I highly recommend Mucho Mexico!
