Online it says it's permanently closed but that's totally incorrect. I tried this place out on 10/20/22 I had an amazingly great time here! Shouts out to DJ Sauce, great music, tasteful food, great experience!
The bartender Steve is an awesome bartender! This was my first time visiting and he made me feel very welcomed! I had an awesome time and also was able to learn how to play shuffleboard! I really really love the game now!! #awesomebar
Katie the bartender is an amazing human being very attentive and always know what I drink and the way I like them. I can be a bit picky but I just know what I like in life and she doesn't hesitate to always show us a great time and excellent service! Jose the DJ is great , always a goodtime as well as the karoke DJ Rudy! Highly recommend this bar!
Just one of if not the best dive bars in town. You are not at the lobby of Ritz Carlton; you are in your friendly neighborhood bar , where everyone knows everyone. I moved away three times and still keep coming back there. The owners, Dar and James, are super nice. There are plenty of characters to observe. The drinks are CHEAP. You can make friends for life sometimes. This bar has been around for decades and still going strong. There are darts, pool tables and shuffleboard to play. If you become part of the shuffleboard family, then you will make memories for life, young or older. Enjoy...
Owners & staff are really hospitable. I've always been treated very well. If u wana learn the game of shuffleboard, this is the place to go. Players always needed.🍻

This is a dive bar with 8 shuffle board tables. Not a fancy establishment.
I know this place is older and not as fancy as the other bars but do you know what sets this place apart??? Their CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Absolutely loved it here and had a great time! Great bartender too!
This place has a real good crowd of very nice people and now and then live music but of course if you come here it must be for the shuffleboard they have so many good tables just be where not to come on a league night and know that while everyone is generally kind many of them are fantastic snobs when it comes to playing Unfortunately they also changed over from real dart boards to fake ones the plastic and wanting to those who might get drunk one time the bar girl was given $100 for two drinks and ended up not wanting to give the change at first thinking that I would forget I'm sure for her that wasn't the first time she's done that trick and although I don't blame management watch out
Great clientele,, great staff, great owners, great location, great bar layout.... what's not to like.... not to mention great activities...every night something different like poker, shuffleboard, trivia, bingo, and Rudy's and Larry's karaoke nights... AND the occasional Crawfish Boil... :) ;) :) ;)
Hands down, my favorite place in Houston to watch the Super Bowl...so many fun games like squares and so much good food... And drink special... :) ;) :) ;)
Come check out Don's Grill on Wednesday night, and steak night on Tuesday night... and of course Rico's famous beans on Thursday nights... :) ;) :) ;)
