Scoutmaster Sherwood

I called and asked about water pumps for my Kenmore Elite washing machine. The lady who answered checked the stock at the Post Oak location and even called the shop to confirm the parts. By the time I pulled up 10 minutes later, they already had 1 part on the counter and was working on pulling the other. Was out of there in 5 minutes with everything I needed and now my machine is back up and running. These guys are GOOD!

I've been purchasing parts from this location for over 4 years, like many other technicians, I consider this my second Appliance parts family. Always helpful and friendly! Plus, when you know most of the staff on a first name basis and they know you, it makes the experience more personal and makes your day a little bit better.

Jerry G. was super helpful with tips and getting a temperature sensor for a Samsung French Door fridge. This place is in the old Appliance Parts Depot - even have the old stool. But the new crew, with the new company name, is was more helpful and friendly!
