Every Time I Go To This Location My Pizzzzzza Is On Time..................
I had a minor quality issue with my medium toppings sliding off, but Pizza Hut manager/supervisor Michquel promptly resolved it by replacing it with a large pizza. The replacement was delivered quickly, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, a positive and great experience!
I was in Hermann hospital, I miss the last dinner for the day . An order 3 orders of garlic parmesan wings bone in ,very delicious but oily&greasy !!!!!!

Pizza is hot and delicious, perfectly made, the wings are flavorful and have extra sauce in the bucket, and the service was quick and friendly. Easy to walk to from the medical center too! Great location!
Ordered a pizza and some cinnamon rolls.
The pizza was lacking in sauce and the pepperoni was not as crispy as usual.
However, the cinnamon rolls were a religious experience.
Also wish you would serve the pizza in the old school white boxes - like the one the cinnamon rolls came in.
Would get the cinnamon rolls again.

walk-in order a large thin crust backyard bbq chicken. it was outstanding. what was better than the pizza were the hard workers at that location. smiling faces, extremely positive attitudes and truly a pleasant experience. Thank you to the whole crew. #1
I had ordered two large pizzas on special for in-store pick up from the Pizza Hut app. When I arrived a few minutes after stated time available, the pizzas were hot and ready, and made to order. The employee is welcoming and friendly. It appears that he may have been working alone, so that would indicate he is a hard worker as well.
Wonderful! One of the best Pizza Hut experiences I have had. They got my order correct and quickly! The man who worked there was so kind… great customer service!!
Our order came out exactly on time and it was delicious. They must have changed their sauce in the 10 years since I've had it and it was awesome. Could have been left in the oven just a couple minutes longer for a golden crust but I'll be back again soon!
