This was a very great experience. I’m new to the area and there are 2 locations in my vicinity. The other has very poor ratings so I decided to go with this location for “pick-up”. The customer service was superb. They all greeted me upon entry. The lobby and behind the counter was very clean. The pizza was fresh, hot, and made exactly as I ordered it! I always get half veggie and half pep. The papadias were so delicious and fresh! This will now be my go-to location! I appreciate the very positive experience!
I just wanted to share and say the walk in service was great. Offered me a coupon and was very pleasant and made sure my order was right. Place looked clean and they were all keeping busy on task. Nice and hot
Able to place order for food and 15 minutes be able to pick up order. Helped right away when walk through door.

I'm giving 4 stars mostly for the great customer service. When I picked up, I was greeted by friendly staff and my order was ready to go. When I ordered delivery, it got to my house quick. Now the pizza itself is just ok for me, not bad at all though.
Fast and friendly! I placed a carryout order online but wasn't able to add extra sauce so when I got there to pick it up I added it then. When I told the employee, Cory, he didn't charge me for it since I'd had trouble with it online. It was a very nice gesture especially since I hadn't complained or anything. I thought about ordering from the newer location even though it's a bit further since it was newer but this location has always had fast and friendly service so I'll definitely continue ordering from here.
I have read most of the reviews posted and they are disturbing, to say the least. I can tell you that this Papa John's has changed. Yes, we have our crazy busy nights which cause us to set 2-3 hr delivery times, like our Monday before last, but that was for an amazing Man of Honor, and the support that everyone in all our surrounding communities showed was incredible, and honestly, we would have needed 50 drivers to deliver all orders on time.
I don't know who John, Dominique or the guy wearing sunglasses in the store at 9pm are, but they are not here anymore. I can tell you, cross my heart, swear, etc...that the store's customer service is Superior, the delivery times are On Time (and if extended for a busy discount or benefit day, time will be told upon ordering and that time will be On Point), and that our pizza quality is Outstanding, but it would be 100% better for us to PROVE it to you. Give us the chance to earn and win your trust and loyalty back. I'm just asking for a chance!
The staff is always friendly and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. This is the best Papa John’s location. I’ve been ordering here for years and never had a problem. They are the best.
Me and my husband are vegan and this was the first time we ordered from Papa John's. We got an extra large hand tossed pizza with no cheese. They DID have to remake the pizza because they put cheese on it to begin with(I'm assuming they don't get very many orders with no cheese) but even though they had to remake our pizza with no cheese, they arrived in only 33min! Our pizza was AMAZING! I was actually really surprised how great it was. It was super loaded with toppings the crust was great and perfectly cooked. They put the perfect amount of sauce, and i was worried there wouldnt be enough or it would be dry, not the case at all :) The Garlic sauce is actually vegan too so we ordered extra. The delivery guy was also really nice and apologetic about the pizza being late (only 3 mins) overall, very very happy with the whole experience and pizza. Thanks Papa John's!!!!
