Ordered the Steak and Cheese foot long and a drink. It wasn't what I expected but it was still good. Would have been better if they had melted yellow cheese on the side for dip or as an add on.. Good service here. Had some orders backed up but that's understandable. Clean restaurant. Everything was good!
Came by to pick up lunch curbside and the service was amazing. Ordered through their app and it was so easy and fast. My order was ready exactly at the time I requested. Once I got their I parked in the curbside spot checked in through the app and a lady brought out my food. It was that easy and fast and I highly recommend this location on Little York and 59. They have a drive thru and a very nice modern restaurant. Its very clean outside and it looked very clean inside. All of my sandwhiches were made to perfection and tasted soooo darn good.
Upon arrival, a negative environment is perceived by the workers. There is no leader who indicates how sharing and good treatment of customers should be. Jade the cashier, when asked if she can bill my sandwich as a combo, her response was aggressive and rude, therefore, she demonstrated that she did not have the ability to represent the commercial interests of Subway or any other corporation. My recommendation is not to visit this store. There are very good options in the city to waste time and money.
I’ve been ordering from this subway for 2 years now, there’s never been a disappointment on my end. Recently, I ordered a sandwich that I thought was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I called to get a refund, because I didn’t want to drive back out. During the call, both the person who answered and the manager were both courteous and understanding about my order. But then, I realized that this was in fact my sandwich, just missing just the avocado! After getting my foot in my mouth, I relayed that it was just the guacamole, and they said they were already making my new one and asked me to head over. I was not even upset initially - I would’ve just ordered another day if I simply got the refund- but they definitely went above and beyond to make things right!

Don’t know their names however they customer service was excellent, both the young lady and man had smiling faces I believe the young lady made my sandwich it wasn’t sloppy she had it just they way I like it. Bread was great.
Had a good experience of the place. Veggie sub came out to be good! except that it was super busy in the noon! Clean restrooms too
