Apparently people only bother to review this location when they want to complain. So I thought I'd offer a little balance. I've been ordering from here for two and a half years, and I've been nothing but delighted with the service and quality. Pizza is usually delivered within 45 minutes at the most, usually closer to half an hour, and it's always delicious and satisfying. The only "problem" I've had was one time I asked for a pizza not to be cut, and it was cut anyway, but this is small potatoes compared to my overall satisfaction across years and dozens of orders. Don't let the people with isolated bad experiences deter you. This is a solid store serving great pizza.
Only ordered from the La Porte Texas Pizza Hut for pick up orders but the Female Mexican American Manager stated she does not like being called "Latino because here Ancestors have been in Texas for 8 Generations & are not New Immigrants to The United States of America & it offends Her to be called Latino meaning New Immigrants to the U.S.A. by her old Mexican American Family". Has nothing to do with the Pizza Being Delicious but she is tired of " Latino Karens Types, acting like they know the history of Mexico City when they know nothing & are just those stupid white Karen Types".
I've been purchasing Pizza from this place for years.
Every time I get one I don't think it could be any better, but somehow it always is.
Very fast delivery drivers and very polite.
Pickup is also enjoyable as the employee's are very nice. I have no reason to be looking anywhere else for my pizza.
Their hard work is much appreciated and they should be proud of the job they do.
John saved the day after my husband forgot to order breadsticks, John had an extra order of cheese sticks he was able to give to me! Phenomenal customer service, perfectly made pizza, and super tasty cheese sticks!
What do I expect from a Pizza Hut? I expect three things every time I eat from there. First, I want it to taste the best pizza hut is capable of. This location has not failed me on that. Second, I want my order ready when it is supposed to be ready. They have never failed me on this. Third, I expect my order to be correct. They show me everything before I walk out and it is always correct. I love stuffed crust and the unique pizza that Pizza Hut comes out with every so often. I think they have a great thin crust and a pretty good pan crust.
Man this place is great. There are 3 others closer but i come here. They are good people. I asked for some parm and red pepper tonight, he told me they charged now..... no big deal as a restaurant manager i get it, EVERYTHING costs more, but as i was about to leave the guy came running out, " here man go ahead and take these this time.... "he gave me a shaker of both. THAT'S customer service.... he went out of his way to make me, the customer happy..... GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!! Or i will hire him! His name was Nabel i belive. That's above and beyond.....just wow! That's exactly why I'll be back. Man i can't say more about the customer service. Just awesome today!!

The pizza I got was lacking sauce it just didnt have enough and I bought 3 extra marinara and frankly it was not enough. I may purchase from the Hut again but not order what I ordered this time around.
Make sure the wings are thoroughly coated in the sauce. Most of the wings on the buffalo mild were dry on top. Looks like sauce was poured in and then the wings placed on top.
The team is amazing! Excellent customer service! Love this place! We have been ordering from them for almost 2 years now, both for carry-out and delivery. Always perfect.
Great pizza, if only a bit greasy. Employees need to listen a little better, but I'm willing to give them some slack considering the plexiglass separator.
