I usually place orders online, they are phenomenal, even with a long line that wraps around the building. They have a sense of urgency. I usually wait no more than 5 minutes and I'm in and out, My go to place for my iced coffee. The service there is amazing and overall one of the best McDonald's locations I've visited in the Houston area. Shout out to the team for an amazing job.

This is not a McDonald's location that I normally visit, so I wasn't aware their second speaker was a generic welcoming message. Seemed to me I was placing an order, or so I thought. When I got to the payment window, there was some confusion, and I suppose the servers thought I was upset, which I was not, I had driven from an hour north for business and just wanted to get back home. I didn't get the manager's name, but he worked Mon evening and was extremely accommodating, gave me my drink for free!! Thanks.

I was coming in from a long flight and was really hungry, ordered on the app and got my food through the drive-thru. The service was awesome, the young man at the "payment" window was really nice and courteous, the food was really good and fresh, plus crispy fries with the exact amount of salt.
