Friendly staff. I like that. I think it's real important to greet every customer with a smile, and that did happen on my visit. So that was great. Good job. The food was fine, wish they had put a bit more dressing on the salad, but I'm sure if I had asked they would have. No biggie.
This place is wonderful. I visit here often. Every time I walk in the place is really clean. The restroom design is nice and always clean.
The staff are very friendly while providing great customer service.
They have a great drink selection. What I really like about this place is how they have carbon filtered water. Most places use tap water without a filter so this is a plus. It has a great refreshing taste.
Customers are allowed to get fresh cut lemons & oranges. They have other selections as well at no cost near the fountain drinks.
Once you order your food you can sit anywhere in the restaurant. They give you a pager to let you know when your food is ready. All food is prepared to order. If you’re in a rush call in ahead of time or visit their website.
I definitely recommend checking them out.
This place consistently has good food and fast service. Plenty of seating inside and outdoors. Big parking lot. Bathrooms are very nice and well kept. They have moved to Stubborn brand sodas so there's less options now. The food portions seen to have gotten smaller in the past couple of years. Nothing against this particular location, just noticed it throughout the chain.
Good location in heart of houston, clean facilities. Fast service with healthy food options. Good chain...this location well maintained...plenty of free parking. Attached to other nice resturants like naktar and starbucks. Good place to study, good place for a large group. Some portions are too small
3/19 @ 2:20ish. Nice place clean bathrooms, and fresh environment. Had the half salad and potatoe soup. Soup was great to be perfect a pinch of salt was all that was needed. Smooth not gritty salad was good. They have a funky (in a good way) mini bar for drinks and fresh oils, vingers, olives, etc...turned my lemonade into a mojito(esk) drink..let me just say "it was damn good." So I didn't get the cheesecakes with my order, no problem I wasn't ready for them anyway. I went to the counter and asked a young, taller Hispanic lady(not the manager in the white shirt. But she had on a turquoise shirt) She had an attitude for a simple request of the cheesecake. Not sure what her issue is but maybe she was having a bad day. ..later found out her is Laura. I'm sure she is a good employee but to me at that moment she failed her job. I'll still come back and eat....turns out the cheesecake wasn't all that anyway.
Besides the need for chocolate chip cookies without walnuts, I loved eating here. Good prices for a quick bite to eat.
Here from out of town - visiting Lakewood and stopped for breakfast prior to the service. So many great things about this place: great music and vibe, Ethical tea, Stubborn soda, clean environment, healthy food - and the food presentation was awesome. I had the avocado toast which (to-date) is the best I've ever had. Such a great decision. Thank you for having a place you can eat without regretting it later!
Great place for a quick bite so many options to choose.
I'm a regular visitor as I LOVE the Turkey Cobb Salad. There's a huge menu to choose from. The Grilled Chicken n veggie plate is a healthy choice and delicious! Great food for decent price! Havent tried the Stubborn drinks, but the tea varieties are tasty!! Really good customer service. The lines to order during lunch is long, but moves fast! Parking is limited, so if you are near by and can walk, that would be best! Today, I tried the Harvest Summer salad, delicious! Get the Strawberry Vin dressing on the side...its bit sweet, but tasty and not a whole lot is needed.
It is a nice place with good food. I especially like the sauces and pickles served at the counter.
The carrot cake was yummy. I was satisfied with the pasta that I ordered. A 3 course meal cost me around 20$ which is good for a Sunday brunch.
