If you want great tasting BBQ and authentic Cajun cooking then your search is over. The pulled pork & Brisket are phenomenal. The sides are equally as wonderful. The meats are melt in your mouth tender and the taste is the best!! The Jambalaya is the perfect blend of spice and the gumbo has just the amount of kick. The red beans and rice, what can I say but perfect and apparently this hits the spot for most pregnant women, guys keep this in mind, because we should all take care of the ladies building humans :). This is without question the best BBQ AND Cajun food in...well, anywhere I have been in my 50 years...even the green beans have a smoky flavor to them. Oh and the young man who helped us, John, was super nice and loves the food himself :)

Some of the best brisket in town! Not like the "pot roast" other places try to pass off as brisket. Haven't had anything that I didn't like yet!

Awesome food and friendly staff!!!! Highly recommend the crawfish and shrimp best I've eaten in Huntsville.
