Zach(k?) is one wholesome dude who excels in customer service. He was so helpful trying to help my boyfriend and I find an item on the menu.

Update~ 10/10/23 A simple courtesy response from you would have made all the difference to me. So, I will just update my review instead of drinking my DD coffee or having a bite of my pumpkin spice donut. DD needs to emphasize to their employees how vital good customer service is. Pulled up started my order when the drive thru attendee, asked if this was an order ahead on the app, order?¿... I replied, No. She did not say anything else but, let me go on placing my order; 2 coffees and 2 pumpkin spice donuts and that's it... No response... Nothing... I pulled around and saw complete DD darkness inside. Y'all she had shut this DD DOWN for the NIGHT, LIGHTS OUT and DD GIRL GONE! SMH~ When I rolled through the drive thru then around, I realized DD still practices the covid curfew hours. IT CLOSED...during my order! Giving Customers good Service is how a business stays open and you get a paycheck!!! There are plenty of other great coffee shops around that serve after sunset! No reason for me to return to this location~ Once a DD girl~ Always and forever a DD GIRL😉! Great team players = Great service and returning customers! DD southside of Indy on US 3!! Wish they would make more of the chocolate frosted with vanilla cream inside donuts! Vanilla cream with powered sugar are very messy!
