Great food. The girl at the drive through window was new, and trying very hard to get things right but she seemed very stressed. When we got to the window, it was apparent that her trainer/manager was yelling at her about her mistakes. I felt sorry for her. That's a poor way to train not to mention degrading and rude.

The past year has proven to be gamble as to whether the burgers will be dry (giving the impression either the buns are old or they missed a step with the condiments. However, this last trip the food was perfect and fresh. In effect it comes down to who is fixing the food when u go.

I love Rallys and love their strawberry cones but its disapointing to find out they are out of cones and no one is trained to operate the ice cream machine when there are cones...not to mention their customer service was horrible Ive had to go over to the store on college because this store was out of one thing or another. I was disapointed to see they had closed, i was thrilled to see they have reopened i just hope its in better hands. And they train their employees customer service, operation...ordering truck. I wish them the best of luck
