From what I understand, the owner won't expand too far from his main kitchen so that he can ensure the highest quality cooked meats, and it shows. All of the options are delicious, but the shredded beef is so good, I could eat piles of it with nothing else. I live near this location and visit frequently enough that a few of the staff know my name, which is slightly embarrassing because it betrays my addiction. At any rate, I wouldn't come here so often if the food weren't dang delicious. Especially the Black Fowl Burrito. It's simply outstanding. Great place, clean dining room and bathroom, and friendly staff. You won't be disappointed.
Always good hot fast tacos and more
Always a good experience, every time! The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty! Service is great! The burritos are always wrapped tight enough that I can eat in the car without making a mess on my way home. They do not skimp on the food! Thanks!
I try to stop at Roscoe's every chance I get, one of my favorite fast food Mexican food restaurants. A local chain that has been successful and expanded to multiple locations. This location on Bluff Rd, is the smallest I have been too but still impresses with great food, made quickly, at a value price. My typical meal is less than $10 with a drink and is very filling. The staff are great. Stop by for a quick meal that will definitely top other fast food choices. Also make sure you try their in house hot sauces, they are wonderful. Highly recommended!

Excellent tacos and burritos in a fast food style atmosphere. I also like those cookies. Clean and cheap too, with plenty of options to choose from. The sauces were great - three kinds available!
I just got a reply from the owner wondering why I gave them a one star review a couple days ago. I have never been there and never gave a review. I had been to Little Caesar's next door 4 weeks ago and gave them a review. Must be a Google bug. I have thought about going there for dinner sometime when I saw it from next door, but haven't had the time yet to go. So I'm giving them a 5 star review to counter the Google bug of a one star review until the day comes that I actually eat there and give a true review.
The shredded beef taco is amazing. It melts in your mouth. Service is fast even during busier times. Friendly too. Dining room is a bit small, but there are a few outside tables as well. I love Roscoes Tacos, and you will too!
Roscoe's Tacos serves up burritos and tacos made from fresh, healthy ingredients and 5 types of hot sauce on the side. Their black bean and rice burrito is my favorite and their chicken taco salad is delicious too. Very reasonably priced and locally owned. What's not to love?!
Nice sized portions. Not too expensive. There's some originality here as well. The sauces are pretty good. It would be even better with more quality ingredients, but its a decent place to have a quick and tasty meal.
