Beyond Excellent! Amazing food, quality and quantity! Also very clean and sanitized! We always cater from here for the last 20+ years! Its no wonder they’ve been in business over 30 years! They actually care about the customers and food unlike other Subways. Highly recommend to cater from here for your catering needs instead of other Subway’s, these guys are the original.
One of the cleanest subway shops I've seen in a long time and I'm talking years now.
Very nice and kind employees. They were out of meatballs at the time and the employee offered to make a serving fresh for my husband. That was so nice of them to do that. My ham sandwich was great as well. The ice machine could have used a little bit of cleaning though. But they served us very quickly with great service. Will visit again if we are in the area.
It is very slow and not very friendly. Prices keep going up at all subways.

Getting an order correct is becoming rare in today's fast food market but they seem to understand the meaning of good customer service and provide just that.
Ordered via the app. Was told 20 minute wait and order was done in about 10. Used curbside and the employee (i think it was a manager) was very polite. Our drinks were labeled very clearly.
If Subway is what's for dinner then I'll go out of my way to eat at this one specifically! Fast, courteous & clean.

We eat here frequently since it's so close to our office. In fact we will go out of our way to eat at this location. The owner is incredibly friendly, good is always consistent and good. Service is always quick!
I’m not sure of his name and I wish I remembered but I’m sure it’s either the owner or the GM of this location , BUT he is awesome ! This location is my favorite location on the west side of Indy by far. They’re really fast and very courteous every time I go in there on my lunch break! I definitely recommend this subway.
