Great food and super fast service 1245p on a Thursday. Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and corn. Special included salad and cake warm from the oven.

We stayed in Ingleside because we needed a reasonably priced hotel for our last minute coastal vacation. We didn't want to eat the continental breakfast on our last day, so we went here. This is a quaint little place with WONDERFUL breakfast. One of my boys had blueberry pancakes, and the other had chocolate chip, both short stacks of 2. They were huge pancakes, so they each only ate about half. They enjoyed the eggs, bacon, and ham, too. My husband had the French toast special and said it was phenomenal. The eggs were slightly overlooked, but my kids' were fine, and so was my omelette. I had the western omelette, and it was the best omelette I think I've ever had. I'm gluten intolerant, so I've eaten a lot of omelettes when we go out for breakfast. The hash browns were great, too.

Service was great. Sam was our waiter, she was very friendly. It took a while to get our food but it was good. I would give 5 star but our table was a little nasty when we sat down. I had to clean it with a babt wipe. Other than the messy table, it was great. We will return.
