The ladies that were serving were very welcoming. The food was good, I just wish it was spicy. I ordered the fish, jallof rice plantain, greens and pounded yam.

So good! My first time eating this kind of food and the people working here were so kind and helpful. People eating here were friendly too! The food was delicious. Jollof rice with chicken and plantains is my new favorite comfort food. Ask if they have puff puff, it's so yummy!

Customer service 100% Taste of food 100% Clean environment 95% My first time in LA and googled Nigerian restaurants near me and got this spot. Out of the few i ordered from, this was the best for me. Let me tell you something, just order your food and trust that they will deliver. Haven't had this good food from a Nigerian restaurant ever. They are GOOD. PERIOD!!!

It was my first time at sumptuous African restaurant and the experience was very heart warming. The service was excellent and the staff and owner were very respectful. Knowing the I drove in from far, the owner was extremely grateful and he added to my order at no charge. The food was very delicious and I can’t wait to go back again. The meat pie and chicken pie were off the chain. Sumptuous made me feel like I was back home in 9ja. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
