Food at Jerome’s is always spot on. Rather than waiting in line in my car. I go inside in their nice air conditioned dining area and listen to some smooth jazz.
I have never waited over 45 minutes tops.
People need to quit posting negative reviews about Jerome’s.
You will never find barbecue sauce like that anywhere in the country.

The sauces are insanely good and compliment the food perfectly.
You might have to wait 30 minutes but it is definitely worth the wait.

We had to wait an hour and 15 minutes just to get our order in August in Jacksonville Florida the temperature is very hot especially the time that we went to Jerome Brown they take your money and then make you wait in the parking lot in extreme HOT weather, the restaurant was not open for some reason but you could not go in and get some type of relief from the heat this is bad service and although the barbecue is good if I could have gotten my money back I would have but that would have required me getting back in the line waiting probably another hour to get up to the cashier and then getting my money back this is unacceptable to any restaurant protocol they are like Jenkins BBQ that when you go there you have to wait extreme times in the drive-thru to get your food, if you have that type of time and want to wait that long then this is the place for you other than that I'll go to another restaurant and get barbecue that doesn't taste as good but I darn sure don't have to wait an hour to an hour 20 minutes to get barbecue and the service is good I'm being waited on like I would like and I tipped very well, will not be going here anytime soon the wait is too long!!!!!!
