Can I give more than 5 stars for customer service ! It’s the little things matter …. I have always had a great experience at this location but today made it hundred times better. I had placed and online order for pick up , walked in and it was busy but every one was so helpful and kind ! Felt the holiday spirit and they even made sure that the bagels were fresh and I got the correct spread… please forward my kindest regards to the team that worked today (12/22 0800)! You guys are an asset
Ordered online. Was supposed to get two of the same sandwich but one ended up on the whole bread not the plain bread bagel. Kind of disappointed. Split it with my daughter so we both didn't get the FULL "gross bread" according to her. We each got a half of it. Lol! -- The food was delicious besides the order mishap. We went and sat by the water for a picnic so we didn't notice right away until we were eating. - I can't even find my receipt. I've looked on the app and cannot locate it to verify my order.

When I tell you the best hat I have ever had it’s so addictive the food is fresh and absolutely delicious and I absolutely love the staff. The orange juice is fresh squeeze. I get a plain bagel with the cream cheese strawberry spread and I am obsessed. I think I need to go to rehab because I can’t get enough of this so serious lol love this place
